George Stavrianos made an impressive debut on the music scene in the summer of 1982 with the album "Empty City" featuring vocals by renowned singers. The most popular song, "Isouna Feggari" (You Were the Moon), featured lyrics by Lefteris Papadopoulos. Over the following years, Stavrianos consistently released over 15 albums, collaborating with some of Greece's most renowned singers, including George Dalaras, Glykeria, Yannis Kotsiras, Manolis Mitsias. He has also worked with well-known lyricists Lefteris Papadopoulos, Lina Nikolakopoulou, Odysseas Ioannou.
Additionally, he has composed orchestral works that have achieved international acclaim. Stavrianos's composition "Secret Love" has garnered international acclaim, appearing on dozens of compilations and achieving massive popularity as the opening track on Buddha Bar III. It remains a global hit with millions of views on YouTube. His songs have also achieved international success, including "Eleni" (Turkish) with Mahsun Kirmizigul and "Roads I Loved" (French version: "L' Exil") by Julie Zenatti.
